As this portfolio and internship comes to an end, my immediate goals are to continue to learn and expand on what I have learned in the LTMS program to integrate technology fluidly with my teaching. I plan to continue expanding my technological involvement in education by continuing to assist my district with technology related weekly meetings on relevant and necessary topics.
In addition to district level instruction, I also have applied and hope to present at local and state level technology based conferences. I hope to increase these opportunities and within 3-5 years, hope to actively look for a technology integration position with a school district. I also hope to have the opportunity to teach at the university level.
I will continue to expand my personal learning network with resources such as Twitter, blogging and additional professional development. I feel that continued practice with technology sessions and integrating technology with my students will prove to be beneficial for my instruction capabilities.
